Project Engineer is define to be the Client’s State Certified Professional Engineer or an Independent Third Party State Certified Professional Engineer contracted for the project.
MBI is not a Professional Engineering Company or claims to provide Professional Engineering Services. What MBI can provide is support services to the Project Engineer. MBI employees will function as a charge to the Project Engineer. MBI employees will gather data, evaluate, calculate, assess, document, observe and report back to the Projects Engineer if required. All initial, drafts, and final documents / drawing, requiring oversight, approval, certification, and or a Professional Engineering Stamp will be provide through the Project Engineer as defined by the state in which the project occurs. The inclusion, exclusion or modification of all materials, documents, drawings, reports, calculations, and or observations to the project initial, drafts and final documents / drawing requiring Professional Engineering Services will be up to the discretion of the Project Engineer as defined by the state the project is occurs.
