* Directions :

Water Sand Blasting: Mix 1 gallon of Metal Derusting Treatment to 35 gallons of water. In the usual matter, sand blast. Without rinsing, allow to dry. Metal will be ready to paint. Follow the manufactures directions for painting.

For Derusting or Descaling: Mix 1 gallon of Metal Derusting Treatment to 20 to 50 gallons of water. Circulate through pipes, tanks or equipment overnight or until clean. If necessary, repeat. When possible, agitate with brush, drain and without rinsing, allow to dry.

Metal preping or rust retarding: Mix 1 part Metal Derusting Treatment to 3 parts of water. With roller, brush or mop, apply on surface. Cover all areas and slightly agitate. Without rinsing, allow to dry. Depending on conditions, small metal parts such as tools, can be soaked from 1 hour to overnight. Without rinsing or wiping, remove from soak tank and allow to dry. Follow manufacturers directions for painting.

Caution: Keep out of Reach of Children - Poison - Contains Mineral Acids. Vapor harmful. Use in well ventilated areas. Keep away from eyes and skin. Use protective garments and eye shield. Harmful if swallowed. Carefully wash out empty container before discarding.

First Aid:
Antidote: External - Flush with water for 15 minutes. Apply 1% Bicarbonate of Soda Solution.
Internal - Drink large quantities of water or milk. Follow with milk of magnesia, beaten eggs or vegetable oil. Call Physician immediately. Eyes - wash with water for 15 minutes and get prompt medical attention.

Notice: Keep from freezing. If product is stored in cold or freezing weather it may separate or thicken. This will not harm the performance. Before using, allow to warm to room temperature and stir thoroughly. When using on aluminum, magnesium, high carbon steel, metal alloys, or decorative metals, always spot test surface in an inconspicuous area for sensitivity. Soaking for prolonged periods of time may damage certain metals. In case of spill, neutralize with soda ash and flush area with water.

Description: Cleans rust and corrosion from steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, etc., and helps free up rusted and corroded nuts and bolts. A phosphoric acid based cleaner, it leaves behind a protective film which reduces tendency to rust and improves adherence of paints, lacquers and enamels. Dilute 1 part cleaner to 20 parts water for most applications.
