Once the order is Phone, Email or Faxed, MBI can arrange payment through Visa and MasterCard directly over the phone, accept a purchase orders for established MBI accounts or request payment using the Paypal Email Request Payment method on a single invoice.

Paypal Email Request Payment - An invoice will be generated and emailed to your company’s email address using www.paypal.com. The email will list the items and the shipping cost associated with the purchase. Once your company receives the emailed invoice, you would logon into your www.paypal.com account to arrange payment for the invoice. www.paypal.com allows customers to pay for purchases with several different payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal Balance or Bank Transfer. www.paypal.com uses a secure https: process for payments, and numerous amount of companies and people uses this method of payment every day when making payments using eBay.

Option 2) Online Paypal “Add to Cart” Shopping Cart: This option should not be used for first time MBI purchases because a separate invoice will be generated for shipping cost associated with the order.
